If you hold a spot or ask for December updates, we keep name, email, phone, and service address so we can run the route and email you. We do not sell that list. We do not run ads.

We count page opens (page, device, referring site, and city/state from the internet connection) on the owner desk. We do not store a map pin of your house from that count.

We do not ask if anyone is home. When paid booking opens, checkout is Stripe. CurbKeep never sees the full card number.

Crew applicants are not asked for a Social Security number on the public form. If we hire, a criminal background check — not a credit check — is done with their consent.
