We keep name, email, phone, and service address so we can run the route, charge through Stripe, and email you. Crew accounts may also store a push-alert token for that phone. We do not sell that list. We do not run ads. We do not track you across other apps.

We count page opens (page, device, referring site, and city/state from the internet connection) on the owner desk. We do not store a map pin of your house from that count.

We do not ask if anyone is home. Checkout is Stripe. CurbKeep never sees the full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy covers the card.

Crew applicants are not asked for a Social Security number on the public form. If we hire, a criminal background check — not a credit check — is done with their consent.

CurbKeep is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

To see, correct, or delete your account and booking data, email hello@curbkeep.org. We remove it within 30 days unless Texas law requires a short hold (for example a paid invoice).
