Q&A
- When do bins go out?
- The evening before your trash day, between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- When do they come back?
- Trash day evening, 5:00–10:00 p.m., after the truck. Carts are not left at the curb overnight after collection.
- What does it cost?
- $16 per trash day, two carts included. Extra carts $3. Tip is optional. Cancel before roll-out for a full refund.
- How do I pay?
- Right now we are filling a free December waitlist — no card. When paid booking opens: Apple Pay or card on Stripe. CurbKeep never sees the full card number.
- Why can’t the city just do this?
- Lakeway Solid Waste and Waste Management empty the carts. They do not move them to the curb or back — even if you offer to pay. The only official exception is usually age 65 and older with a doctor’s note. That is the gap CurbKeep fills.
- Who empties the cart?
- Your city hauler. We only move the bins to the curb and return them to the driveway.
- Do you take bulk or construction debris?
- No. Regular household trash and recycle carts only.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel on Visits before roll-out and the Stripe charge is refunded in full.
